Rest of the world
-Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed | £20 | 4-10 Business days after dispatch

All International orders may be subject to import duties and tax. 

Customers are responsible for paying any customs, duties, or import tax due upon the package arriving in their country. If you have any questions regarding import tax in your country, please contact your local customs office.

Lost Parcels

SisuLondon is not responsible for lost or missing parcels, or if a package is showing as delivered. In the event that a parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost will be deducted and re-shipping costs will apply.

Returns and Refunds Policy

OUR RETURNS POLICY

​

• Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned to us in new and unused condition with their original packaging.

• Original Shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item received was damaged or defective. In case of any item claimed faulty on receipt, It must be reported with images of the defects within 48 hours upon receipt.

• Sale items are not refundable. All sale items are final. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

• Please obtain proof of postage in the event of a lost/missing return.

• We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our Returns Policy.
